You must have the latest Crystal deco. for this to work.

General Tab:

Moving Repaints Window: Immediately
Rounded Corners: check all four
Use Shadowed text
Boader Width: 10
Title Bar Hieght: 20

Buttons Tab:

Vista Style Buttons
Hover Effect: check
Animate Hover: check

Background Tab:

Enable Transparency: Check (note: you do not need a composite manager for this, may not work under suse)
Track Desktop Changes: Check

Disabled for both active and inactive
